As we approach the end of another incredible year, we at United We Go are thrilled to announce our End of Year Fundraising Event on November 9, 2024. This special event will be held from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 721 Washington Ave, Room 505, Bay City. We invite you to join us for an afternoon filled with celebration, connection, and giving back to the community.
The event will raise vital funds for our Birthday Fund Program, a heartwarming initiative that helps families in need create memorable birthday celebrations for their children. For many families, financial hardships can make it difficult to give their children the joy of a special birthday. Through this program, we aim to lift that burden and create beautiful, lasting memories for these children. 🎉🎈
Why Your Support Matters
Our Birthday Fund Program directly impacts local families by providing them with everything they need to throw a special birthday party for their children, including decorations, cakes, gifts, and more. Your contributions will ensure that every child in our community, regardless of their financial situation, gets to feel special on their big day.
But we can’t do it alone! That’s why we’re calling on local businesses and individuals to support this cause by becoming event sponsors or making a donation.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We offer several sponsorship levels for businesses and individuals who wish to support this cause:
Grand Sponsor – $500 and up: Includes logo on event materials, company banner at the event, website and social media mentions, and more.
Light Sponsor – $250 to $499: Includes logo on event materials, social media mentions, and more.
Shine Sponsor – $249 and under: Includes logo on event materials and social media shoutouts.
In-Kind Donation Sponsor: Donate gift cards or services (groceries, gas, clothing, etc.) to help local families. Your business will be recognized on event materials and social media.
