Empowering Youth to Speak, Create, and Lead
A 12-week hands-on podcasting program for youth aged 10–17 to build confidence, develop essential skills, and amplify their voices.
Program Intro
The Voice of Youth Program is a 12-week initiative by United We Go, designed to empower youth aged 10–17 by teaching essential 21st-century skills through podcasting. Participants develop valuable abilities such as communication, networking, problem-solving, and adaptability while gaining confidence and learning how to navigate healthy disagreements. The program offers a comprehensive experience, including storytelling, scriptwriting, public speaking, and technical training in audio recording and editing. A unique feature of the program includes two in-studio recording sessions at our office, providing participants with hands-on, professional podcasting experience.

Beyond the training, students who show strong interest and dedication have the opportunity to become youth hosts for the Voice of Youth Podcast. These episodes, created and hosted by students, are featured on podcast distribution platforms and even TV networks, giving young voices a platform to share their stories and connect with the wider community. By fostering creativity, inclusivity, and leadership, the Voice of Youth Program inspires participants to grow personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact in their communities.​​
